We are delighted to invite you to join us for a unique culinary experience; the chance to sample the first Extra Virgin Olive Oil, known as Olio Novello, from the November 2019 olive harvest. This ‘Olio Novello’ is extremely rare, and as a guest you will be the first to taste this limited release oil, flown in from Lucca, Italy especially for this event.
As well as tasting and learning about this prized oil, guests will learn to prepare a delicious four-course meal with La Cucina Caldesi’s acclaimed Head Chef, Stefano Borella. Using the finest ingredients, including our Olio Novello, you’ll be able to cook alongside, and learn from, a master Italian chef, with a menu created specifically to champion our ‘Olio Novello’. Guests will then enjoy the fruits of their labour with fine Italian wine from Zonin, more sublime olive oil and, of course, great company.
This will be a night to remember; a rare chance to experience Olio Novello with experts, to enjoy the best fine food and wine, to meet other food lovers and to learn more about the secrets of Italian cuisine.
