Tropical Olive Oil Smoothie
Supercharge your morning smoothie by adding a tablespoon of Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s a great way to amp up the nutritional profile with healthy monounsaturated fats as well as the flavour.
- 175g pineapple
- 175g frozen chopped banana
- 360g vanilla yoghurt
- 250ml milk
- 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tsp toasted sweetened shredded coconut
- In blender, combine pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk and oil; purée until smooth. Divide evenly among 4 glasses; sprinkle with coconut.
