- 8 frozen strawberries
- 100g silken tofu
- 80ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass.
