Strawberry Caprese Salad with Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar

- 400g fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 large balls of Mozzarella Cheese
- Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves to serve
- Pepper to taste
- Slice mozzarella and strawberries and arrange on four serving plates.
- Scatter over the basil leaves.
- Drizzle the Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar over the salad and serve immediately with ground black pepper.
