Strawberry & Basil Daiquiri
This delicious daiquiri recipe is what you need to get the party started, or to relax in the sun. Our Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar cuts through the sweetness of the strawberries and complements the basil perfectly. A rum cocktail with an Italian twist!
- 2 leaves fresh basil
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tsp Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 shots White Rum
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- Place all ingredients into a large jar and blend with a hand blender, or any other blender of your choice.
- Blend until all ingredients are fully mixed.
- Taste, if the strawberries are not sweet enough then add 1/2 tsp of sugar, or enough to satisfy your liking.
