Quick Mayonnaise

This quick and easy mayonnaise recipe is the perfect sauce for your burgers or sandwiches, or for dipping your chips into!

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp luke warm water
  • 250ml vegetable oil
  • 300ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  1. Put 4 egg yolks into a food processor with 2 tbsp Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp white wine vinegar. Add 2 tbsp lukewarm water.
  2. Put the processor on for 5 minutes until the mixture is white and frothy. Slowly add a mix of 250ml vegetable oil and 300ml olive oil. The mixture will thicken.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
