
Potato, Rosemary and Garlic Focaccia
This is one of the three topping options for our 'Focaccia Three Ways' recipe.

Ingredients
- 350g small new potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp rosemary leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil
Method
- Toss all the ingredients together until the potatoes and thoroughly coated.
- Season before using to top the dough.
