Potato, Rosemary and Garlic Focaccia

This is one of the three topping options for our 'Focaccia Three Ways' recipe.
Serves: Dough plus 1 serves 4

  • 350g small new potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil


  1. Toss all the ingredients together until the potatoes and thoroughly coated.
  1. Season before using to top the dough.
