Popcorn 4 ways – sweet & savoury

You can use freshly popped corn, but allow to cool - or for ease use shop bought salted popcorn for savoury recipes and for the sweet either sweet or salted. Swap the types of olive oil, to suit the topping flavours!

Ingredients

  • 50g cooked popcorn
  • 40 ml Filippo Berio Olive Oil - see specifics below

Topping 1

  • Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Parmesan and Dried Italian mixed herb

Topping 2

  • Cinnamon & sugar
  • Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil

Topping 3

  • Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil
  • Dedicated coconut and cocoa

Topping 4

  • Filippo Berio Truffle Flavoured Oil
  • Porcini powder

Method

  1. Place 50 g cooked popcorn in a bowl or container with a lid, add 40 ml Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil, then shake to coat.
  2. Sprinkle over the seasonings to taste and shake again to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
