  • Selection of fresh vegetables eg, radish, cauliflower florets, fennel, carrots, peppers, celery.
  • 4 tbsp Baslamic vinegar
  • 150ml Filippo Berio extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper


Prepare the vegetables, trimming and cutting into sticks or strips. Leave the radishes whole and with a few leaves to look decorative.

For each serving, measure 1 tablespoon of the Balsamic vinegar into small individual serving bowls. Add seasoning then add 3-4 tablespoons of oil to each.

Serve on plates surrounded with a selection of the prepared vegetables.
