Ingredients
Green smoothie
- 1x 2cm cubed piece of fresh ginger
- 1x handful of spinach
- 1x handful of kale
- 5-6 small chunks of pineapple
- 20ml Filippo Berio olive oil of your choice
- 250ml Apple Juice or Water for lower sugar
Orange smoothie
- 1x medium banana
- 1x medium carrot
- 100ml orange juice
- 100ml Almond milk
- 2x tsp flaxseeds
- 20ml Filippo Berio olive oil of your choice
Purple smoothie
- 1x large beetroot, chopped
- 150g blueberries
- 1x small-medium apple
- 250ml apple juice or water for lower sugar
- 20ml Filippo Berio olive oil of your choice
Method
- For each smoothie, blend all of the ingredients first until smooth.
- When smooth, add a handful of ice and blend AGAIN. This will make sure the smoothies are extra cold and extra smooth!
