Ingredients

Green smoothie

  • 1x 2cm cubed piece of fresh ginger
  • 1x handful of spinach
  • 1x handful of kale
  • 5-6 small chunks of pineapple
  • 20ml Filippo Berio olive oil of your choice
  • 250ml Apple Juice or Water for lower sugar

Orange smoothie

  • 1x medium banana
  • 1x medium carrot
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 100ml Almond milk
  • 2x tsp flaxseeds
  • 20ml Filippo Berio olive oil of your choice

Purple smoothie

  • 1x large beetroot, chopped
  • 150g blueberries
  • 1x small-medium apple
  • 250ml apple juice or water for lower sugar
  • 20ml Filippo Berio olive oil of your choice

Method

  1. For each smoothie, blend all of the ingredients first until smooth.
  2. When smooth, add a handful of ice and blend AGAIN. This will make sure the smoothies are extra cold and extra smooth!
