Mango Margarita Ice Pops

These frozen tequila cocktails are refreshing and tasty, the perfect addition to your summer party or a refreshing snack on a hot afternoon! Please enjoy these recipes responsibly.

  • 330 g cups chopped fresh mango
  • 240 ml plain yogurt
  • 85 g honey
  • 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil
  • 60 ml tequila
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Place the mango, yogurt, honey, olive oil, tequila, lime zest, and salt, in a blender container.
  2. Purée the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into ice pop moulds and freeze.

Cooks tips

You can also add small chunks of fruit to the pops. Stir fruit pieces into the purée, then pour into the moulds and freeze.
