- 100ml low fat yoghurt
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 anchovy fillets
- Clove crushed garlic
- 50g Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix together 100ml low -fat yoghurt with 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 4 anchovy fillets, clove crushed garlic and 50g Parmesan cheese.
