Garlic French Bread

This rich garlic and olive oil French bread oozes flavor and can be enjoyed as a side dish or starter.

  • Stick of French bread
  • 6 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Diagonally slice the bread into thick slices. Finely chop the garlic and mix with olive oil. Brush the mixture over both sides of the bread and place on a baking tray. Sprinkle over the parsley.
  2. Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
