
Garlic French Bread
This rich garlic and olive oil French bread oozes flavor and can be enjoyed as a side dish or starter.

Ingredients
- Stick of French bread
- 6 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Diagonally slice the bread into thick slices. Finely chop the garlic and mix with olive oil. Brush the mixture over both sides of the bread and place on a baking tray. Sprinkle over the parsley.
- Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
