Easy Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Our new Bolognese Pasta Sauce is made with naturally sweet Italian tomatoes and Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this pasta sauce is carefully cooked to lock all the flavour in. Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti pasta
  • 1 jar of Filippo Berio Bolognese pasta sauce
  • Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil
  • Beef mince 500g
  • Finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste

Method

  1. Cook the beef mince in Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil until it is browned.
  2. Add in one jar of Filippo Berio’s Bolognese sauce. Rinse the jar with water and add that water back into the sauce as well. Slow simmer for 25 minutes.
  3. Add salt to a pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce, add a little pasta water if it is too dry.
  5. Serve the dish with lots of grated parmesan cheese.
