  • 240ml Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 80ml wine or cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Mix together the Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, using a salad dressing shaker.
  2. Serve over salad
