
Chicken Balsamico
Chicken Balsamico is simply chicken marinated with a Balsamic vinegar. It gives an otherwise plain tasting chicken breast a delicious sweet and tangy flavour!

Ingredients
- 4 skinnless chicken breast fillets, seasoned
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 100ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tbsp Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar
Method
- In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Add the wine and the rosemary and lower the heat.
- Cover and cook 15 minutes or until cooked and the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken from the pan whilst preparing the sauce.
- Turn up the heat and reduce the cooking juices by one third, then add the Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar. Season the sauce and serve over the chicken breasts.
Cooks tips
If using frozen chicken, do make sure it is completely thawed before cooking. Garnish with seasonal salad.
