These days, with so many different oils to choose from, it can be difficult to decide which are best for your needs. There are also conflicting messages in the media regarding the benefits and possible risks of cooking with them.
Now, a new study carried out by the BBC for their programme, Trust me I’m a Doctor’, has reported on which oils are more beneficial than others. We’re glad to report that they concluded, contrary to some previous beliefs, that frying or cooking with olive oil is not harmful.
