Owned and run by Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi, they offer a wide range of hands-on cookery courses for Italian food lovers of all levels and skills.
Working with La Cucina Caldesi’s acclaimed chef, Stefano Borella, you will first prepare a delicious four-course Italian Spring menu. Using the finest seasonal ingredients, you’ll cook with and learn from this master Italian chef. Guests will then sit down to eat the fruits of their labour, accompanied by specially selected Italian wines.
