We are all mindful of eating less meat, Tina recently won a vegan cookery competition at Moshimo and loves the variety that veg cookery offers. Let the original Brighton supperclub hostess, Tina Horvath, lead you through her tips for cooking with flair and flavour.

From salads to dips, soup to grains, learn how to turn your veggies into delicious meals. Summer and autumn are the perfect seasons for vegetables, which always love to be roasted, chopped and dressed. Learn how to make a selection of easy dishes with a Middle Eastern vibes that will transform your dinner parties, lunch boxes or fridge raids!
