Do you have a bottle of wine that you always wanted to open but never did? Something special or intriguing that it’s just sitting there or stored away? This is your chance to bring it along and open it in the company of fellow diners at this special tasting evening from Luisa Welch of Euposia Supper Club.
Hosted at Pizza Rossa in Leadenhall Market, the award-winning company which sells high quality pizza al taglio by the square slice inspired by the street food vendors of Italy. Delicious and authentic, their pizza is freshly made daily. They mix the dough in small batches using a little known artisan proving process which can last up to 24 hours. The dough is vegan, with lower levels of gluten, yeast and salt than most pizzas, and contains no sugar or preservatives.
Guests will be treated to a glass of Prosecco on arrival, followed by an exclusive Gran Cru Olive Oil tasting featuring oils from Puglia, Tuscany and Sicily – accompanied by Pizza Rossa’s home-made focaccia.
This will be a relaxed, informal evening both in regards to the food and company. Spaces are limited!
