Happy Easter from Filippo Berio!

There are no set rules when it comes to celebrating Easter in Italy, with traditions often varying from region to region. However, as Easter is the end of the Lent season, food always plays an integral part in the celebrations! Traditional Easter foods include lamb, artichokes, and special regional Easter breads.
