Who Can Enter
This promotion is only open to residents of UK Mainland aged 18+. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers. Only one entry is permitted per person.

Promotional Period
The promotion commences GMT 00.01 on 1^st December 2016 for Delicious and the 7^th December 2016 for BBC Good Food and closes GMT 23.59 on 20^th January 2017 (Promotional Period).  Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period and any entries received after this date will be ineligible.

How to Enter
Visit – http://www.filippoberio.co.uk/gf-delicious/, complete the entry form by entering the requested details and submit the completed entry form.  Entrants are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are recorded on the entry form. The entrant is not required to purchase any product to enter this promotion.

Prize
All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will go in the draw to win the prize.The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random on 16/01/17.The prize is one of three Filippo Berio Hampers worth £100. The winner will be notified by email on 18/01/17 and must provide a physical address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of the date of the notification email, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.If a winner rejects the prize or the Promoter determines that their entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.The prize will be delivered to the winner’s residential address at a time agreed by the Promoter and the winner. Delivery is included as part of the prize. The name and county of residence of the winner will be available by sending an SAE titled December Competition to Filippo Berio, Premiere House, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1JH within two months of the closing date of the promotion.

General
Filippo Berio does not accept responsibility for any costs associated with the prize, unless specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions.The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries.  Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entry forms will be deemed invalid.The Promoter will not be liable for any prizes that are lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged and will not replace them.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any entrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this promotion.  The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice and to substitute the prize for a similar prize of similar value, in its sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.The winner takes the prize at entirely their own risk.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter); (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

By entering the promotion, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and image to be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter in printed and/or online formats without the need for further approval or compensation and for an unlimited period of time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
