Good for your outside, too
Olive oil mixed with a few drops of Rosemary oil makes an excellent
massage oil for rubbing into weary feet and tired muscles.
Soak nails in warm olive oil for about five minutes to strengthen them.
Equal amounts of olive oil and salt mixed together make a traditional skin
softening treatment. Massage gently into the skin then rinse off with warm
water and pat dry.
A long practised way of keeping wrinkles at bay is to mix olive oil with a
little lemon juice, gently rub it onto the skin and leave overnight.
Three spoons of olive oil blended well with half a ripe avocado make an
excellent treatment for dry skin. Use as a mask, leaving on for ten minutes
then rinse off with warm water.
