Our Olive Oils have different uses

Our Olive Oils have different uses: as a general guide, use Filippo Berio Mild & Light or Olive Oil for frying and general cooking and use Filippo Berio Extra Virgin or Gusto Fruttato Extra Virgin to add flavour to uncooked foods or after cooking.

If you can't have all our Olive Oils, try to keep at least a bottle of Filippo Berio Mild & Light, Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil in your cupboard.
