Filippo Berio Olive Oil Range

Olive Oils have different uses: as a general guide, use Mild & Light or Olive Oil for cooking; use Extra Virgin or Gusto Fruttato to add flavour to uncooked foods or after cooking.

If you can't have all types of Olive Oil to hand, always keep at least a bottle each of Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil in your cupboard.
