A long practised way of keeping wrinkles at bay is to mix Olive Oil with a little lemon juice
Mix olive oil with a few drops of rosemary oil to create soothing massage oil for weary feet and tired muscles.
Mix equal amounts of olive oil and salt together to make a traditional skin softening lubricant. Massage gently into hardened skin then rinse off with warm water and pat dry
DRY SKIN OINTMENT
Mash half of a ripe avocado and mix with three spoonfuls of olive oil into a smooth cream. This remedy can also be used as a mask: apply mixture to face, leave on for ten minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Mix olive oil with a little lemon juice and gently rub on skin and leave on overnight.
Soak nails in warm Olive Oil for about five minutes, then cleanse with soap and water.
